I love helping executives and entrepreneurs grow, both professionally and personally.
I became an entrepreneur right out of college. I started my first business in Tokyo with Tsuneo, a self-made Japanese millionaire. A few years later, I built another company in Bangkok, sold it and moved to the US.
There, I met Tony Robbins and eventually became head of his speaking and field sales division. I hired and trained speakers and created custom programs for hundreds of organizations, including small businesses, tech startups and Fortune 500 companies.
For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching more than 750 executives and entrepreneurs.
I understand the pressure of building a business, leading people and trying to have a life outside of it. That’s why my coaching works on all three.
These days, you’ll sometimes find me working from a home I have beside the rice fields in Bali.
